ANNUAL RECREATION REGISTRATION FEES:
Payment required with completed registration form to reserve class space. A registration is not considered complete and class space is not reserved until these requirements are met.

MONTHLY TUITION:
45 MIN: $37.00 (4 classes/session)
1 HOUR: $47.00 (4 classes/session)
1.5 HOUR: $57.00 (6 classes/session)

2.5 HOUR: $69.50 (10 classes/session)
3 HOUR: $82.00 (12 classes/session)

UNLIMITED CLASSES: $87.00/session

*Family of 2 will receive a 10% discount, Family of 3 will receive a 15% discount off total tuition.

Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month and regardless of absences. It is payable on or before the first class of each month, a late fee of $10.00 will be charged and enforced for tuition that is not paid past the 8th of each month. Students who fall more than two months behind on payments will not be allowed to take class; until past due, money is paid in full. All tuition, costume and other event fees are nonrefundable and in order to stop your billing account a written or verbal statement must be made within 30 days of cancellation, this will be enforced. All fees must be paid up to date in order to participate in scheduled events.

SOLOS:
$250.00 (MINIMUM) /PER SOLO
Price includes 4, 1 hour sessions for learning choreography. Price does not include private additional lessons if needed, costumes, accessories or props. Final decision of music and routine will be made by choreographer, suggestions will be considered. Soloist will be expected to practice on own at home and come to most free scheduled open practices.

DUETS/TRIOS:
$150/PER DANCER
Price includes 4, 1 hour sessions for learning choreography. Price does not include private additional lessons if needed, costumes, accessories or props. Final decision of music and routine will be made by choreographer, suggestions will be considered. Dancers will be expected to practice on own at home and come to most free scheduled open practices.

PRIVATE LESSONS:
½ HR $15.00
1 HR $25.00
Private lessons are available to learn routine combinations missed due to class absence, for extra technique help, or for competition dances that have not learned routine in time allotted for solos, duets, and trios.

ORGANIZED GROUP LESSONS (IN STUDIO):
1 HR $5.00/PER PERSON (Minimum of $40.00 an hour)
These classes are set up for organized groups who wish to excel in coordination, strength and flexibility. High school sports teams such as; football, baseball, softball, track, soccer and other groups such as; girl scouts, figure skating teams etc. . WORKSHOPS FOR ORGANIZED DANCE AND CHEERLEADING TEAMS: (Instructors travel to designation or can be held at our facility)

These workshops are detailed for Jr. High and High School teams. For complete detailed information, please contact Elite Dance Productions with mailing and contact information.

DANCE CLASS ATTIRE: All students need to wear proper dance attire to class. At no time can a student wear jeans to class. Leotard and tights are to be worn to ballet classes and proper shoes must be worn for each class.

INSURANCE:
ELITE DANCE PRODUCTIONS DOES NOT CARRY MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR ITS STUDENTS. It is required that all dance students be covered by their own family insurance policies and if injury occurs it is understood that the student's own policy is your only source of reimbursement.

SNOW OR BAD WEATHER:
If classes are canceled due to school closings out side of scheduled closings please call Elite Dance Productions 2 hours before classes begin for a recorded message. Because roads are sometimes clear into the evening classes may or may not be cancel. Classes will be made up on a scheduled date if cancel. and all dancers are required to be there.

HOLIDAYS:
Holidays will generally follow school Winter and Summer breaks Scheduled in December and April. Holiday dates will be posted and will be given to your child prior to holiday periods included in monthly newsletters. Other cancellations due to competitions or other out of town events will also be posted in advance and stated in monthly newsletters.

ATTENDANCE:
Attendance is taken at each class and recognition is given at recital for perfect attendance. Classes can not be "made up" for this award; you must attend all of your regularly scheduled classes to receive this award. Good attendance is imperative, as absences and tardiness can hold back an entire class, and center can not jeopardize its responsibilities to the rest of class for one student. Please make every effort to have your child at every class. Awards are also given at the dance recital for full seasonal participation (September - Recital time).

CODE OF CONDUCT:
DANCERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AT CLASS ON TIME AND PREPARED IN PROPER DANCE ATTIRE. INSTRUCTORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISMISS ANY DANCER FROM CLASS WHOSE ATTITUDES ARE UNSATISFACTORY. HERE AT ELITE DANCE PRODUCTIONS WE PROMOTE ALL DANCERS TO TREAT EACH OTHER WITH RESPECT, SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT.

CLASS OBSERVATION:
Class observation will be limited to viewing windows only. This rule is in place so students training and classes go uninterrupted. If parents want pictures of class please ask in advance for instructors approval, pictures are to be taken in a timely manner and persons must leave the room after the task is finished.

RECITAL:
The recital will be held at the end of each year and will be held at the St. Scholastica Mitchell Auditorium. Dates of this event will be advertised at a later date and will be posted. It is up to parents and guardians to make sure they do not schedule any other events during this time that may interrupt dancers performance dates. Ticket prices will be advertised at a later date. Elite Dance Productions is attentively looking into May or June to hold there annual recital and may change in following years.

RECITAL COSTUMES:
Elite Dance Productions tries to keep all costume fees at a reasonable price, costume prices vary for each class. All dancers are required to purchase a costume for each dance in the recital. Costumes must be paid in full before they will be ordered and by cut off date or a costume will not be ordered. At no time are costume fees refundable. You will receive information on costume pricing and payment due dates in October.

VIDEO TAPING DURING THE RECITAL:
Video taping during the recital is not allowed. The recital will be taped using professional equipment, and copies will be available for purchase at a reasonable price we do this to be sure everyone gets to relax and enjoy the show and not have to maneuver around people who are video taping. Still pictures are allowed; however we ask that you refrain from flash photography due to injury it can cause dancers. Pictures can be taken on stage following the recital.

OTHER:
NO GUM CHEWING IN ANY CLASS
HAIR MUST SECURED UP OFF OF NECK AND FACE IN ALL CLASSES
DANCERS ARE TO BE PICKED UP PROMPTLY FOLLOWING CLASSES AND AT NO TIME ARE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE FACILITY TO GO SHOPPING IN AREA WITHOUT PARENT/GUARDIAN.
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS PLEASE DISCUSS THEM WITH DIRECTORS WHEN IT DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH CLASS. WE ARE ALWAYS INTERESTED IN IMPROVING OUR DANCE EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND EVERY SUGGESTION WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
PLEASE HAVE WATER BOTTLE HANDY FOR SMALL DRINK BREAKS, IT WILL BE NEEDED AND IS NECESSARY FOR DANCERS TO STAY HYDRATED THROUGHOUT CLASS. PLEASE USE WASHROOMS BEFORE CLASS.
ALL TUITION, COSTUME, AND SPECIAL EVENT FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND TUITION IS NOT PRORATED FOR REASONS PREVIOUSLY STATED.
SHOES AND PROPER DANCE ATTIRE CAN BE PURCHASED THROUGH EDP AT A VERY REASONABLE RATE OR OTHER STORES DURING THE YEAR. HOWEVER, SHOES ARE TO BE BOUGHT AT EDP FOR THE END OF YEAR RECITAL TO ENSURE ALL UNIFORMS ARE THE SAME. ORDERS WILL BE PUT IN AT THE END OF EVERY WEEK. A COMPLETE LIST OF SHOES AND ATTIRE PRICES FOR CLASSES WILL BE POSTED AT THE DANCE CENTER.
ALL LOGO DANCE ATTIRE MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE BEFORE ORDERING.
