UMD Dance Team Performance

The event is on Saturday, March 27th at UMD Romano Gym. Dancers will arrive in their full costume, warm up, hair make up, and will meet in the dressing rooms. Follow signs or ask one of the UMD volunteers if you need help. If you are in more than one routine, arrive in your warm up, hair & make up completed. Dancers should arrive no later than 2pm.

Parents: Please make sure dancers are fully dressed with hair & make up before arriving to these events. This will keep dancers focused and will cause less stress for everyone.

Ticket prices are $7 for adults, $5 for high school students with ID, $3 for kids and UMD students with ID, and kids 4 and under are free.  Doors open at 2pm and the performance starts at 3pm.

Spring Break Practices

Competition groups will have class over April 5th-9th. The classes will go as follows:

Monday, April 5th

Juniors Lyrical & Jazz: 6-8pm

Petites: 6 -8pm

Solos: 8-9pm

Tuesday, April 6th

Minis: 5-6:30pm

Juniors Lyrical & Tap: 6:30-9pm

Solos: 6:30-9pm

Showstoppers Competition

April 9th-11th (Juniors/Petites/Minis)

Please note that we will not receive days & times of competition until the week of the competition. We will forward that information to you as soon as we receive it.

Class Pictures

Pictures are on April 17th. Please check the March Newsletter, the website, or stop by the office for your times.

Minis:  Please place your hair up in a left side pony (loosely) for the ballet picture. Take out any extra hair accessories that do not go with the ballet costuming.

Rehearsal/Recital 2010

EDP's 5th annual recital and rehearsal will both take place on Saturday, May 8th 2010 in the DECC auditorium.
