DVD PICK UP

For those of you who chose to order the 3rd annual recital DVD, they will be available for pick up on the following days and times. June 30th, July 1st and 2nd at 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. If you can not make those times you also have the option to pick them up during summer hours of operation which are as follows: July 7th - 10th at 10:00 am to 7:00 pm or July 14th - 17th at 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Thank you for your order, we have personally viewed the DVD and are happy with the results, you have the option to view the entire group or an angle button option (which should be on every DVD remote) which you can view more up close of the group. We do not ask our DVD company to zoom in on any one individual in the group dances, therefore the angle option will scroll all dancers up close in a group at any given time.

PARADE PRACTICE TIMES AND OTHER IMPORTANT PARADE INFO

Parade date: Saturday, July 19th  parade is scheduled to start at 11:00 am. We have not received line up information yet and you will be informed of line up meeting time and place soon!

We are excited to be a part of the Hermantown Parade again!  Here are the practice dates that all dancers will need to be at (float riders do not need to attend these practice dates, they will simply need to show up on the day of parade at our meeting location and time, please check website for this information or call the studio).

Monday, July 14th, 7:00-8:00pm
Wednesday, July 16th, 7:00-8:00pm
Friday, July 18th, 6:00-7:30pm
(FOR PRACTICE PLEASE WEAR SNEAKERS NOT SANDALS AS WE WILL BE GOING OUTSIDE AFTER LEARING THE ROUTINE)

Required Parade Uniform
*07-08 Dream On Recital Cap Sleeved Tee, Black Shorts, White Socks, White Shoes*
WE WILL BE USING A PROP THIS YEAR, PLEASE PURCHASE A SMALL UMBRELLA COLOR OF YOUR CHOICE.  IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN UMBRELLA NO NEED TO PURCHASE ONE

July 19th Parade Line Up
Line up will be in the Hermantown High School parking lot, starting at 10:00 a.m. Please arrive no later than 10:30 a.m.  Hermantown High School will be open for bathroom facilities.  The parade will start at 11:00 and continue down Ugstad to Fichtner Field.  To find Elite Dance Productions group please look for the large Elite Dance Productions banner.  At the end of parade please meet our group at the Fichtner Field area where we will dismiss your child to you.  Please do not take them out of parade until the end.  Visit www.hermantownsummerfest.com for a complete list of SummerFest events.   Thank you for your participation!

CUSTOMER APPRECIATION DAY

When: Wednesday, July 30th
Where: Elite Dance Productions parking lot
Time: 5:30 - 7:30pm
Why: To thank you for your customer loyalty
What to bring: Bring yourselves. No check books or cash. No business will be conducted. This is a fun social event. There will be food, pop, games, prizes, and lots of socializing! Come with an appetite and let's have some fun, fun, fun!!!!
